  • Kenny Larkin will release a new single called "Step Back" via KMS and Art Of Dance on October 30th. The lengthy track is being billed as Larkin's first solo production in nearly ten years, though he's been active as a remixer recently. It's a co-release between his own Art Of Dance and Kevin Saunderson's KMS. The press release says "Step Back" should please fans of Larkin's seminal contributions to Detroit techno as well as newcomers. Larkin has continued to gig regularly during his time away from the studio. A couple years ago, Rush Hour reissued six 12-inches based on material the Detroiter put out in the '90s on Art Of Dance, Plus 8, Transmat, Warp and R&S. Listen to "Step Back."
