Bottin has a new album on the way.
I Have What I Gave, due out through 2MR on October 6th, is the Italian house and disco artist's first LP since 2014's Punica Fides on Bear Funk. It sees Bottin, who's been active since the mid-'00s, deliver ten tracks recorded spontaneously, and includes a collaboration with Alexander Robotnick. "This album came about as a stream of musical consciousness," he says. "I worked on all the tracks simultaneously—not one at a time as I normally do."
