  • ALM Busy Circuits has collaborated with Mumdance on a Eurorack module called MUM M8. The 8 hp module is based on the filter from Akai's S950, a 12-bit sampler whose smooth, slurpy filter helped define the sound of hardcore and jungle. Built on an analogue core but digitally controlled, the filter is a low-pass design with aggressive resonance and attenuated CV control, while an on-board VCA allows you to saturate the signal. ALM Busy Circuits previously worked with Russel Haswell on his own custom module. Watch a promo video for MUM M8.
