Lena Willikens, Denis Sulta, Cassy and a slew of local acts will be joining us at the March festival.
We'll be co-curating SonarLab, one of four stages at the two-day Icelandic festival. DJs include Lena Willikens, Denis Sulta and Cassy (who'll go back-to-back with Iceland's DJ Yamaho), plus domestic acts such as Jónbjörn, Árni Skeng, Cold and EVA808. Jlin, who'll be performing material from her RA-recommended album Black Origami, leads a pack of live artists that also includes Volruptus, Yagya and intr0beatz.
Last month, the festival announced its first round of acts—including Bjarki and Danny Brown—for next year's edition. A fresh batch of names, scheduled to play RBMA's SonarComplex stage, have also just been added, with slots for Kode9 X Kōji Morimoto, Klein, Lorenzo Senni and more.
Sónar Reykjavík 2018 is going down across March 16th and 17th at the city's harbourside concert hall, Harpa. Read our review of last year's event.
