DJ Aphrodite aka Gavin King is recognised as one of the main players in the global drum n bass scene. Alongside fellow partner in crime, Micky Finn, he runs the Urban Takeover label which is dedicated to releasing tracks by new and established talent of the drum n bass variety.
Now releasing on V2 Records, Aphrodite Recordings is Gavin's solo and close associate label which allows him to release tunes across the full D ‘n’ B soundscape.
Aphrodite is heading to Australia for his ‘urban junglist tour’ to renew his legacy as a master of hard-driving rhythms with a surprising and refreshing incorporation of the here-and-now.
