  • Stroboscopic Artefacts is releasing a compilation called Flowers From The Ashes: Contemporary Italian Electronic Music. Although Lucy's label is best known for techno, the ten-track compilation features new works from respected experimental artists like Silvia Kastel, Caterina Barbieri and Andrea Belfi. Due out on double-vinyl and digital formats on April 13th, the entire tracklist is made up of Italian artists, including bass abstractionist Chevel and Roman techno hero Lory D. The rest of the compilation includes the likes of Neel, Alessandro Adriani, Ninos Du Brasil and Marco Shuttle. Read our recent Machine Love featured with Silvia Kastel.
