- The UK techno pioneer's LP will land on FireScope Records, a sub-label of B12 Records.
Steven Rutter's debut solo LP, BrainFog, is due out in April.
Rutter, who began producing as B12 (formerly alongside Michael Golding) in the early '90s, has been working on BrainFog for the last two years. He wrote and recorded the new album after a severe accident from which he wasn't expected to recover, which was followed by a period of hospitalization and a battle with depression.
BrainFog is only his second release under his given name, after last year's From Me To You. It's due out on FireScope Records, a sub-label of Rutter's B12 Records imprint. It also follows the reissue of B12's Electro-Soma, which is a compilation of tracks they released between '91 and '93.
