  • Mansion Club in Medellín, Colombia, has officially closed. The owners announced the news in a Facebook post yesterday, saying that after seven years in business, they've decided to close their doors. Known as one of the premiere techno spots in Medellín, they hosted the likes of Answer Code Request, Ben UFO, Erika, Interstellar Funk and Perc this year. In the post they thanked their staff, DJs, promoters, bookers and everybody else who contributed to the business. "Last but not least, thank you to our public,'" the owners wrote. "You always supported our ideas, never missed out and trusted in the sounds we were pushing. We learned together, we constructed a language of love and respect on the dance floor, and together we took care of each other." They signed off by saying, "We'll see each other again, in another form and on another dance floor."
