Burial and The Bug have collaborated on a new EP.
The new 12-inch, Flame 1, appeared at online record shops today. It'll come out at the end of March through a new label called Pressure. The UK duo made two tracks together, "Fog" and "Shrine." This is the first time that The Bug, AKA Kevin Martin, and Burial have worked together, though both have released on Hyperdub in the past.
Flame 1 is the first new Burial material of 2018, following two late 2017 EPs, Rodent and Pre-Dawn / Indoors. It's also Martin's first release of the year, after a 12-inch last December and a collaborative album with Earth earlier in 2017.
