  • A new 540-page book, titled Plastic Dreams, takes a look at club culture in 1990s Paris. It's been compiled by Olivier Degorce for Headbangers Publishing, owned by Ed Banger founder Pedro Winter, AKA Busy P. The book, which went on sale this month, contains more than 400 photographs from 1991 through '99, with additional texts and essays from 12 authors published in French and English. Photos of fresh-faced DJs like Juan Atkins, Carl Craig, Miss Kittin, Laurent Garnier and Sven Väth all appear in Plastic Dreams, along with plenty of Parisian ravers.
