  • The first round of names for Subsonic Music Festival's tenth anniversary have been announced. Perlon heads Zip, Sammy Dee and Fumiya Tanaka are among the first artists announced for the festival, which goes down at Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort, a few hours north of Sydney, from November 30th to December 2nd. Joining them will be Jayda G, Raresh, Batu, Etapp Kyle, Traumer, Andhim and Subb-an as well as returning favourites Honey Dijon and Move D. Monika Ross and Danni B, who team up as Dannika Boss, are the first local act to be revealed. Since its first edition back in 2009 with around 700 attendees, Subsonic has grown to become one of NSW's top electronic music campouts, bringing an array of house, techno, disco, dub and plenty more across five stages to 5000 dancers at the riverside site. The tenth anniversary edition will once again offer a range of workshops, performance art and installations alongside the music over its three days.
