  • Dwayne Jensen has passed away. News spread of the Detroit-born house producer and DJ's death through friends' messages on social media, Big Shot magazine reports. The cause of death is not known at this time. Jensen got his start as a jazz drummer and percussionist and came up on the Detroit scene in the '80s through popular spot L'uomo before moving to London for two years. In 1994, he was back in his hometown and created Fathom Records, which released music by Norm Tally, Derrick Thompson (AKA Drivetrain), Malik Alston and more. His last record was 2017's Regain Your Soul EP, released by is / was.
