- Berlin-based artist Z@p is behind the first EP, which lands in September.
The Montevideo club Phonotheque is launching a vinyl-only label called Phonotheque Recordings.
The 300-capacity basement, a major focus of Matt Unicomb's 2017 feature on the city's music scene, has called on one of its best-known alumni, Z@p, for the debut release. Out on September 17th, Phonotools Vol. 1 features four tracks in the Berlin-based artist's signature tough and quirky style.
