Andrew James Gustav is launching a record label next month.
Marginal Returns will kick off with a four-track EP from Two Phase U, AKA Uruguayan producer Hernán González. Though Face One is the first-ever Two Phase U vinyl release, the project actually goes back over two decades—Two Phase U released an album called Techknowledge in 1998. According to the press release, Face One is a callback to that era, with "fresh interpretations of that 'golden age' of electronic music."
Andrew James Gustav is a Berlin-based DJ (and occasional Resident Advisor contributor) and is a resident at the long-running Art Of Dark parties.
