HVL is releasing a new album, Rhythmic Sonatas, through Bassiani's in-house label.
The Georgian artist, real name Gigi Jikia, has been a resident at the Tbilisi club since day one. His album pulls from techno, breaks and rave samples, and is said to showcase the "sound beneath the Tbilisi national stadium." This same inspiration was cited for Bassiani's last LP, which came from another resident, Héctor Oaks.
Rhythmic Sonatas follows HVL's debut full-length, Ostati, which came out on UK label Organic Analogue Records in June 2018.
