Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum are releasing their first album as J-E-T-S on May 24th.
ZOOSPA is described by label Innovative Leisure as "a more danceable Autechre, or Outkast raised on the Belleville Three and first wave IDM." It features collaborations with vocalists Dawn Richard, Mykki Blanco, frequent Machinedrum collaborator Rochelle Jordan, Kingjet and more. The LP was recorded over the course of 2017 following the reunion of the duo, who are longtime friends and collaborators.
J-E-T-S, originally called JETS, first appeared in 2012 and released a string of EPs for Leisure System and Edgar's label Ultramajic.
