- Rabit and Minimal Violence have also remixed material off Boy Harsher's 2019 LP, Careful.
Boy Harsher will release a couple of 12-inches, a bonus 7-inch and a digital album comprising Careful Remixes, Etc. on their label Nude Club.
The set leads off with Marcel Dettmann's take on Careful highlight "Come Closer." "Growing up on EBM, synth pop and wave music, I've seen a lot of bands come and go throughout years. Hearing Boy Harsher's music, I felt an immediacy in their songs that I had not often experienced with other bands," Dettmann says in the press release.
The Dettmann remix, along with a few alternate versions, will come on one 12-inch, with Silent Servant and Minimal Violence's respective takes on "Tears" coming on another vinyl EP. A deluxe clear vinyl package of both 12-inches and an additional 7-inch will be available exclusively via the band's mail order and Bandcamp. A 12-track digital version called Careful Remixes, Etc. comes with a Rabit remix and additional instrumentals and mixes.
