Modeselektor celebrate ten years of Monkeytown Records with new compilation

- Monkeytown Records is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a 12-track compilation called 10 Years Of Monkeytown. The release, which lands Friday, June 14th, features new music by various artists affiliated with the Berlin-based label, including FJAAK, Redshape, Siriusmo, Shed, Catnapp & Otto Von Schirach, Dark Sky, Mouse On Mars and label bosses Modeselektor. It'll be available digitally and as a double-pack vinyl. On the day of release, a handful of Monkeytown artists and guests will gather at Berghain for a party. Highlights include live sets from Catnapp and Siriusmo, plus two back-to-backs from Modeselektor, with Gajek and Skream. Modeselektor started Monkeytown in 2009.
