  • Leif will release his third LP on Whities this summer. Loom Dream, out in June, is made up of six tracks but presented as two 17-minute pieces. It finds Leif making use of live percussion, field recordings and "warm chordscapes" and "invites us to peacefully reconnect with the living world," according to the label. Designers Joseph Pleass and Alex McCullough created an interactive teaser, which hosts audio previews along with a game that allows you to learn about the plants referenced in the LP's track titles. The Welsh producer's last album, Taraxacum, was released in 2015 on previous RA label of the month UntilMyHeartStops, which he runs with fellow Freerotation resident Joe Ellis. Leif is also currently a resident at The Pickle Factory and has previously released a number of EPs for the likes of Idle Hands, Sudden Drop, Fear of Flying and more. Listen to "Yarrow."
