- Two 12-inch singles precede the full-length, which arrives September 16th.
Drum & bass pioneer Peshay will release two 12-inch singles and an LP, Underground Vol.1, with Sense on his own Peshay Music imprint this September.
His first album since 2018's Reflections, Peshay returns to his roots with Sense on Underground Vol.1. The record is "the first in a planned series of albums," according to the press release. The lead track from the second single, "Underground," is the guiding concept for the album, as it "encompasses many different styles" and is meant to represent "the sounds of the underground." The four tracks from the two singles ("Face Peel," "After Dark," "Underground" and "Tell Me") will all be included on the LP, which arrives September 16th.
Peshay, real name Paul Pesce, has previously released on the likes of Mo' Wax, Metalheadz, Good Looking Records and V Recordings. He also contributed to LTJ Bukem's landmark 1996 album Logical Progression and Metalheadz's Platinum Breakz, from the same year, and has remixed artists like Goldie and Galliano. Underground Vol.1 follows an EP for Infrared, Angels & Demons, which was released in February.
