  • An exhibition highlighting club and electronic music culture around the globe will come to London next year. Electronic will run at the Design Museum in West London from April 1st through July 26th, 2020. It aims to encapsulate the feeling of being in a club and highlights scenes across Detroit, Chicago, Paris, Berlin and the UK. There'll be a 3D Kraftwerk "experience" and Jeff Mills, Ellen Allien and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, among others, appear in the art. The exhibition features photography by Andreas Gursky, graphics by Peter Saville and a soundtrack curated by Laurent Garnier. Electronic was originally presented at the Philharmonie de Paris earlier this year. Its event programme featured a live soundtrack session by Garnier, performances from the female:pressure collective and more. Events for the London edition are still TBA.
