  • Another protest rave will hit the streets of central London during the People's Vote demonstration on October 19th. This will be the fourth event of its kind by R3 Soundsystem (Resist, Reject, Revolt), the mobile rig responsible for protest raves against Donald Trump and Brexit. Dozens of DJs have signed up to perform, including Gideön, Daniel Avery, Floating Points, Saoirse, Bicep, Hannah Holland, Matthew Herbert, Erol Alkan, Midland, Artwork and Mykki Blanco. The rig will set off from Park Lane at 11 AM. "There's no way in hell the people of this country are gonna be dragged back to the dark ages by Boris Johnson and his right wing populist haters," reads a statement from R3 Soundsystem. "Fuck that! No one voted for this. Britain voted on leaving the EU without the facts last time. Now we know what Brexit really looks like, the British people must get a second vote... R3 Soundsystem calls on lovers of dance music to come together at this time of urgent need and resist, reject, revolt!" Watch a clip from the Stop Trump protest rave.
