  • Unsound is returning to New York next month. The Polish festival showcasing experimental dance music will take up residence at the Knockdown Center in Queens on November 23rd—its first edition in NYC since 2016. Next month's lineup will feature all live performances from international artists such as Tim Hecker, Caterina Barbieri, The Bug & Miss Red, Jlin, SOPHIE and the US debut of Grouper's Nivkeh project. Local talent will be represented by Via App, rrao and Abby Echiverri & Leisure Muffin, among others. The night before the Knockdown event, Unsound will host a free opening night concert at Chelsea's St. Peter's Church. The show will see Polish band KSIĘŻYC's first stateside performance.
