  • Continuing their seemly endless stream of interesting Saturday night event's Fabric is set to host another rare experience for the educated of Londoner party goers. These two guys have pushed the Chicago house sound for years and were known for some of the hottest music around (which included a few cracking releases on Soma) are returning to Fabric for a special performance. Brian Vargas (Halo) and Eric Galaviz (Hipp-e) split from their well popular H-Foundation production name in late 2003 (although Hipp-e continues it solo) and continued to tour separately to bring their passion for music to crowds around the world. Hipp-e and HaloThe boys are back to play together (although DJing separately) to bring down the Fabric house on Saturday 1 May. Eddie Richards, who recently release the latest nicely thumping Fabric(16) compilation, will be warming up the crowd for Hipp-e and Halo's rare DJ set. Hipp-e, understandable excited to return to Fabric, said: "Fabric is a good fit all around, the staff are amazing to work with and the crowd’s simply unbelievable. I'm always amazed at how they change it. It’s something I look forward to in my schedule. I never cease to be inspired and pushed by what I hear there." But this is Fabric, so of course this is not all. Over in Room Two will see a variation of quality music. The Youngsters promoting their most excellent artist album 'The Army of 1-0' (on F-Comms), which is packed full of amazingly fresh and uplifting electronic music will be performing live. Detroit born and bred techno man Rolando will also be joining long time resident Terry Francis for what is set to be a huge night for the dark second room at Fabric. The fun continues in Room Three as Fila Brazillia, Baby Mammoth and Beige (Momma Gravy) complete yet another big night for Fabric Saturdays.
