- The crazy Lasergun crew are set to run amok at Honkytonks this Sunday 17 April.
The monthly Lasergun event at Honkytonks, Melbourne, happens this Sunday 17 April. The theme of this months event is “What have you done for me lately?” That'll be a good one to ponder over a drink while you take in the electro beats. Lasergun have a special guest this month, Neuromancer, a Melbourne Nu-wave electro pop act. Featuring Empress Diva of the unknown universe Omega on luscious vocals, sax, and synthesizers, with her cybernetic partner in time, Funk Master Alpha, who supplys the old school beats with some the Nu-school flavors. Energetic, original, live electro-sexual pop and in full neo-romantic costume, Neuromancer push the borders of time, space and electricity as they search for that perfect groove.
The Lasergun resident DJs will be in house too with Dave Pham, Mike Callander, Not Happy Jan, Miss Cecille and the Fukn Posuers BBQ to support. Entry is free. Honkys doors open from 6pm to 5am.
