One of London’s recent event to add further flavour to the already busy and exciting London scene Kosmetic Surgery has announced the launch of its latest venture, Kosmetic Kuts – “a record label with an emphasis on developing the DJ and music production careers of its residents and guests.”
Featuring a one a month release programme from artists and DJs belonging to the Kosmetic Surgery stable, it already has productions waiting in the wings from Tommy Four Seven, Manakin and Sub:Traktor.
The label will run in a similar vein to the club night, pushing a dirty electro sound representative of the DJs who cut up the main room each month. Label manager and resident Tommy Four Seven said" For us, as a brand this represents a major next step as we already have a excellent amount of material ready for release. Kosmetic Kuts will give us the opportunity to expose our sound to a much wider audience"
