- Some key affiliates of the well-loved New York festival Sustain-Release will travel to Japan for S-R Meets Tokyo at Contact on January 25th. Sustain-Release cofounder Aurora Halal headlines the main room, with fellow Brooklynite Galcher Lustwerk—fresh off the release of his debut Ghostly International LP Information—and former Sustain guest Wata Igarashi also booked to play. Incienso affiliates DJ Python and Beta Librae will hold down the Contact room, while the Foyer hosts Japanese artists like KRUE founder Mari Sakurai and Ultrafog.
