Out today, the joint project from the two New York-based artists references McKenzie Wark's Capital Is Dead.
Arriving via bizaarbazaar, Sublime Language of My Century features two 25-minute tracks spanning dark, industrial percussion and vocals from Speaker Music. The album references McKenzie Wark's book, Capital Is Dead, to reflect on "fluid electronic social thought," as Speaker Music tweeted today.
Next week, Bergsonist, real name Selwa Abd, will release tthe Middle Ouest LP on Optimo Records. And late last year, Speaker Music—AKA writer and theorist DeForrest Brown Jr.—put out his debut LP of desire, longing on Planet Mu.
