  • Denon has two new DJ media players on the way. Due out in Q2 for $1,499 and $1,699 respectively, the SC6000 Prime and SC6000M Prime offer a flagship feature set for DJs seeking alternatives to Pioneer's CDJ NXS2 range. Compared to the preceding SC5000 range, the new models feature a larger jogwheel and touchscreen, improved performance pads plus a subtler, more refined design. There's also an in-built hard drive for storing music internally along with WiFi and wired internet connections for streaming. Like the SC5000 series, the new models offer dual layer playback, offering separate outputs for two tracks playing simultaneously off the same deck. The SC6000M offers a motorised platter with torque adjustment. Learn more about the new media players in this introduction video.
