  • The producers behind GALA Festival are launching a new event called Kingdom. The first edition of the three-day festival, running this July 24th through 27th on the grounds of Belvoir Castle, near Grantham, will bring together music, design, architecture and food. Turner Prize-winning firm Assemble is the first architecture curator to be announced. They'll partner with South London record label Rhythm Section International to collaborate on the design, sound and execution of one of the four main festival stages. More creative partnerships and the lineup will be announced soon. To register for pre-sale, sign up on Kingdom's website. Earlier this year, GALA Festival also announced it will expand from one to two days at Peckham Rye Park in May.
