June will release his third full-length, Silver Demon, on Mannequin this Friday.
For the ten-track album, the Berlin-based artist looks back to the minimal synth, industrial and EBM sounds of the late '70s and '80s, using vintage synthesizers, drum machines and effects to craft tracks suited for modern dance floors. This aesthetic makes him an ideal fit for Alessandro Adriani's Mannequin imprint, which we profiled in a 2017 Label Of The Month feature.
Silver Demon follows a 2015 LP for Solvent's suction label, Dominion, as well as his debut album, 2011's Cytheria. It was mastered by Rude 66 and comes with artwork by Lee Douglas.
