Brooklyn is getting a new listening bar.
Run by the people behind Good Room, Good Bar will be located at 1 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn NY, at the intersection of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. The audiophile venue comes with a curated vinyl library, a vintage Thorens TD 160 turntable and Klipsch Heresy III speakers. Worldwide DJs will be booked for listening sessions, giving them the opportunity to play from their own collections or from Good Bar's in-house library. Outside of these gigs, vinyl enthusiasts will also be welcomed to share their records during regularly-programmed listening gatherings.
The venue will also provide local New York draft beer and a comfort food menu via their late-night kitchen. After a recent soft opening, Good Bar will officially open its doors with a grand opening event this Friday, Feb 28 at 5PM.
