Australian artist Zen In Space will drop his debut album, Earth Tones, next month.
Following appearances on Sydney labels Moonshoe and Post Pluto, the eight-track LP is due to be released by another local imprint, Pharmaceutical Audio, on March 13th.
Earth Tones takes inspiration from Australian landscapes and incorporates field recordings into music that spans ambient, experimental, downtempo and house, according to the label. Artists like Four Tet, J Dilla, Floating Points and Boards of Canada are also cited as influences for the release, which was produced over the course of two years.
