Nídia is releasing an album, Não Fales Nela Que A Mentes, on Príncipe.
Exploring Afrodiasporic styles, the album follows the Lisbon artist's 2017 LP, Nídia É Má, Nídia É Fudida. The ten-track record is due out on May 22nd. On the same day, an accompanying 7-inch will also be available, Badjuda Sukulbembe, which will feature two exclusive tracks.
Nídia is a Portugese artist recognized for her fusion of Angolan music, techno and afrobeats. She has also been involved with Príncipe since 2015, making her a core member of the Lisbon-based label over the years.
