  • Parallel Sound (Tim Lloyd and Musa Hove) has taken the next step in their promising career, with a major commission from Bedrock Records. After a long break, Bedrock heavy weights John Digweed and Nick Muir have been back in the studio to create their much-anticipated new Bedrock tune, ‘Santiago’. Causing some dance floor devastation at Fabric and in Ibiza this year the track will see the original and three remixes to hit the streets over two releases. Several industry big players are on remixing dututies, but RA has it on good authority that the deep, techy, Balearic ‘Parallel Sound Edit’ of ‘Santiago’ has shone through as a favourite with John Digweed, and will be the first to see the light of day with the ‘La Coruna’ mix on December 12. Opening John’s Global Gathering Essential Mix, and getting the Essential Tune selection from Pete Tong, ‘Santiago’ is set to reaffirm Digweed’s position as a global force in house music. Parallel Sound will also win many new fans with the release. With a sweet balearic feel, but the deep techy edge Parallel Sound are known for, the remix will appeal to fans of funk and deeper sounds alike. Although their tour diary as a live act is filling up, the lads from PS have an establish studio tan with no less than 5 releases and 3 remixes due out in the next 6 months.
