- The legendary Chicago producer will release a single from his upcoming LP next month.
Ron Trent will release a single called Black Romantic on his own Music & Power imprint in August.
The 12-inch includes a vocal and instrumental of "Black Romantic," a track from Trent's forthcoming album Romantic Flight. The LP will be the legendary Chicago producer's sixth solo album and first since 2011. The label says "Black Romantic" is meant "as a lamentation for all serious melody makers, muses, and dancers with poetic vocals, deep strings and ethereal melody."
