  • It is the time of year when many of the monthly parties will celebrate their final bash of the year. Some will drift out of 2005 with little fuss, some will nervously sit down with accounts after this party and asses the viability of going ahead again next year and others will celebrate huge years with cracking line-ups and straight after the last 2005 rotation of vinyl has occurred, have us willing the time away until the first 2006 edition. One such party which certainly falls into the latter category is Playtime. December 2 will provide us with the last oppourtunity to enjoy this London nights jacking house selection. To see off the year they have a Playtime debutant, joining forces with a Frenchman who raised the roof a few inches last time he performed this year. Lining up in the main room will be Tom Neville, who, like Playtime has enjoyed great success over the last 12 months. Having written ‘Just Fuck’, which went #1 on the US dance charts and starting his own label Love Minus Zero this exciting young producer/DJ will be a good foil to the accomplished David Duriez of Brique Rouge fame. Residents Mike Monday & Big Daddy G will be in the mood for celebration as their party idea continues to provide immense enjoyment for those who attend. Rounding off the bill are in 2PhunkedUp and Tommy Four Seven.
