- Dave Swindells visited Ku, Amnesia, Pacha and more during a week on assignment for 20/20 Magazine.
Journalist and photographer Dave Swindells has published a photo book called Ibiza '89.
Swindells, former nightlife editor at Time Out, spent a week on the island on assignment for 20/20 Magazine, visiting super clubs like Ku (now Privelege), Amnesia and Pacha. The book, which is published by IDEA, contains more than 100 images, whittled down from seven or eight rolls of film.
Swindells was accompanied on the trip by journalist Alix Sharkey, whose essay appears in the book alongside a foreword by Terry Farley and an introduction by Swindells himself.
