  • Swedish progressive and Scottish electrohouse are on the menu for a new party launching this weekend in East London. Warehouse Sessions is a new weekly Saturday party that starts at one and finishes at nine…in the afternoon. Still buzzing from the night before and need to keep kicking on? Check. Want to get your hands in the air but still make the Sunday family lunch? Check. Got friends in town who are 24-hour party people? Check. The party takes place in Shoreditch at the Village Underground, a familiar haunt for those who frequent Secretsundaze, and probably a stone's throw from wherever you were the night before or are heading on to. Maybe not that close to mum and dad's though. The first party takes place this Saturday headlined by Swedish progger Eric Prydz, whose peaktime techy, trancey numbers as Pryda continue to do the business for Digweed, Mojo, Cattaneo et al. Scottish electrohouser Linus Loves weighs in for some early nightmoves as well as Mr C, who'll sneak in a few spins of trippy electronic tech house (but definitely not trance) before buggering off to the The End's 11th birthday bash. Warehouse Sessions happens at the Village Underground in London this Saturday, December 9, 2006 from 1 p.m.
