Australian festival Good Vibrations takes on the Garden City next month. Beastie Boys, Cut Copy and DJ Dan headline.
Good Vibrations is the Australian outdoor music festival which showcases live bands, soul, dance and hip hop acts as well as the odd DJ. Past guests have included the late great James Brown, DJ Marky, Mylo, Asian Dub Foundation and the Scissor Sisters. In addition to dates in Melbourne, Gold Coast, Sydney and Perth, this year the festival also takes place in Singapore for the first time.
Confirmed artists so far include Beastie Boys, Cut Copy, DJ Dan, Ursula 1000 and Jurassic 5 with more DJs and artists to be announced. Not exactly a feast for house afficionados, but organisers promise the same uplifting, summery vibe as the original festival. But isn't it always summer in Singapore?
