- A diverse selection of international acts will travel to Slovakia this summer.
- Now in its 12th year, the annual Pohoda festival is a musical melting pot of indie, opera, rock, world music, folk, classical, hop hop and even some electronica. Taking place over two days in the Slovakian city of Trencín, the festival features a considerable number of international acts including Gossip, Editors, The Cribs, The Streets and Richard Müller. The electronic contingent includes Fatboy Slim, Unkle, Miss Kittin and The Hacker Live, Matthew Herbert Big Band, Mr. Oizo and Speedy J. With seven different stages and a host of activities and workshops in performance art, theatre, literature, film and visual art, Pohoda has something for everyone.
