A Day In The Life changes venues

- Kraftwerk will no longer be playing at the Luggala Estate due to flooding.
- The picturesque Luggala Estate will no longer be the home to Kraftwerk, Soulwax and more this weekend at A Day In The Life. Extreme weather conditions caused the river at Lough Dan to burst its banks. As you can see in the image on the right, it doesn't look quite like the picturesque valley that it once did. Luckily, the organizers did have a backup plan in place apparently, and the event will now be held in the grounds of Royal Hospital Kilmainham, "a unique and historical city centre venue." As the ticket price for the concert included bus far from the city to the valley, it will now be refunded the day of the show. In a rare act of goodwill, the organizers have also offered full refunds to anyone not interested in attending the concert now that it isn't at Luggala.
