October 31st: The one day every year that normal-seeming adults and children are given free rein to look as ridiculous as possible. October 31st: Excluding New Year's Eve, possibly the most special party days of the year.
This year in New York is no exception: None other than trance fave Armin Van Buuren will take to the decks at the Roseland Ballroom, while Pacha NYC welcomes Erick Morillo, Danny Tenaglia, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello to its environs for what looks to be a massive blowout. On the equally as massive tip, Friday night also offers up Circoloco's long awaited return to NYC, with Tania Vulcano, Andrew Grant and GummiHz slated to play at a secret venue with solid nights also in the works at Studio B (Audion, The Rapture, Daniel Wang) and Public Assembly (Daniel Bell, Eric Cloutier).
The fun doesn't stop there, though: Those willing to tough it out can also hit up Jonathan Peters at Pacha the next day; SOS at Rebel or Hercules & Love Affair, James Murphy and the B-52's at Hammerstein. (Andy Butler and Kim Ann Foxman of Hercules will DJ later that night at Santos as well.)
