  • What does it take to stand out in the world's most competitive clubbing market? By now Alice Favre, Paul Jack and Will Harold, the team behind London Warehouse Events, have a pretty good idea. Since they started working together in 2010, the trio has been responsible for some of London's biggest and most distinctive dance music parties. A large part of this success has been their impressive knack for spotting potential venues: LWE's events at Tobacco Dock, Boston Manor Park (the home of Junction 2 Festival), Printworks and Old Fountain Studios all basically stemmed from one of the team seeing the space and thinking, "Wouldn't it be cool to do a party here?" With so many successful large-scale events under their belts, at this point LWE is as much about helping artists and brands realise their vision as it is about LWE realising their own. So far in 2018 they've overseen Elrow and Arcadia parties at the Olympic Park in London, they're producing the Innervisions event at the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow night, while later this year they'll head up Richie Hawtin's trip to The Roundhouse and Jamie Jones and Kate Simko's show at The Barbican. Favre, Jack and Harold collectively have decades of experience between them, something that was obvious when they stopped by our London office recently to discuss their work and the state of play in the London scene.
