At Bleep43 we’re committed to showcasing the very best in underground electronic dance music and have been putting on small, intimate parties ever since 2002. They started in Shoreditch’s notorious Public Life, where amongst others Dan Bell and Detroit’s Mike Grant played alongside local DJ and live talent.
In 2006 we moved into the cosy surroundings of what we believe is London’s very best venue, Corsica Studios. Since then, we’ve continued to provide the same philosophy to an ever-growing, appreciative and friendly crowd that knows its music. The range of guests who have played for us comes from a wide spectrum of genres, from the industrial dub of Scorn to the weird and wonderful electro world of Legowelt. Artists are encouraged to play sets that are outside the parameters of the normal clubbing environment and it is not uncommon for them to play for more than 3 or 4 hours if they wish. The likes of Convextion, Hieroglyphic Being and Donato Dozzy have all made their debuts at Bleep43 and we also entertain regular sets from the likes of Surgeon, Intergalactic Gary and DJ Stingray. Alongside them are a number of local live acts, including a quartet of composers within our ranks, and DJs who have been in attendance since we started.
