*sings badly*
i'm playing all the music that I know you'll like,
Doin' good beat matching
I gotta handle the decks just right,
You know what I mean
I took you to fortitude valley
Then up to the moon bar
There's nothin' left to talk about,
Unless it's minimally
Let's get minimal, minimal,
I wanna get minimal, let's get into minimal
Let me hear your music rock,
Your music rocks, let me hear your music rock!

In 2007 "Lets Get Minimal (LGM)" was formed when a group of like minded individuals from Australia and NZ met in Brisbane and had the urge to get their own sound out there.
With help of the Empire Hotel, LGM held their first event on the 11th of April 2008 doing their take on minimal/techno at the Moon Bar, a long running underground centre for electronic music.
Since then lgm has been lucky enough host a variety of international and local artists at random venues around Brisbane and beyond. LGMs own artists have also had the opportunity to perform at inspiring electronic music events around the globe.
Today 8 years on, through tough times in the Brisbane clubbing scene lgm has stayed alive and have enjoyed every minute of it. There is new waves of people, artists and venues to enjoy along with the experienced.
Tomorrow using the talented community we have in Brisbane LGM would like to give these passionate people a place to express themselves and hopefully build together.
The future, LGM would like to become a hub for electronic music that everyone can benefit from. The world has such an amount of talented people out there. Using what we have, we would like to help these people by being their platform.
LGM appreciate all the support out there they get with what they do - you know who you are > we love you!!!!!!
