Simona Faraone, DJ with a long and respected militancy in the Italian scene, launches her new project NEW INTERPLANETARY MELODIES.
Refined researcher of the new sounds, deep supporter of musical experimentation and passionate of the approach visionary, spiritual, otherworldly, cosmogonic and simbologico of Sun Ra, she wants to infuse those concepts to the series of "Phonographic Editons From Tomorrow's World", filtered through her personal contemporary interpretation. A sonic experimental imprint, free, transversal and contaminated, headed by not-mainstream artists from different sensibilities, to create a parallel dimension in the world of modern independent sounds.
The first issue "MAGNETIC ARCHIVE" (NIM001) is a brilliant work of the italian dj/producer Mayo Soulomon, known as a significant member of the Bologna underground scene and one of the protagonists of the legendary LINK at Via Fioravanti between 1993 and 2004.
