Rogue Traders - Stay?

  • The latest single from Melbourne's Rogue Traders is the "uptempo love song" (as they like to call it) Stay? from their album, We Know What You're up To. It's a far cry from their last track, "One Of My Kind", outlining the Traders diversity in all things dance. Original Mix The original tune is a guitar fueled affair and features the vocals of James Ash, one half of the Traders. It's more for listening than dancing than anything, and maintains a very poppy commerical appeal. It's predictable that this will feature on many mainstream radio stations playlists. Rogue Traders Bungalow Adventure Slightly more danceable than the original, the Bungalow Adventure is a funkier remix. Thumping bass drums and a funky slap bassline, this one is more for the club than the original. 16th Elements Klub Breakfast Mix 16th Elements mix, moves the track to another level - paying a little homage to some classic 80's house/disco - thanks in part to the digital drum rolls and the synthesised bass. Also features as a dub mix for anyone who wants to leave the most of the vocals out and appreciate the rhythm for what it's worth. One Of My Kind - Phunk Remix Continuing on with the 80's disco theme is the remix of their last single, One Of My Kind. Considering the time the original tune was released (early 90's), this remix suits it well. This one's for the retro fetishists.
