Kosmas Epsilon – Architect EP

  • Greek producer, Kosmas Epsilon, returns yet again after quality outings with Hypemuzik and EQ Grey, this time with a release on the very impressive Precinct imprint. The Architect EP features three of the very best that Kosmas has to offer. First up is Architect, the very impressive title track. Quite techy in nature, this production flows very nicely with some crisp drum patterns as well as a delightful driving subtle baseline. Quirky effects and simple melodic touches create quite an infectious outing straight up on this EP. The warm melodic trickles and haunting baselines of Velvet welcome us next. A very impressive production that featured in Kosmas’ Proton mix from a few months back, this production finally makes its way to stores via this EP. Again crisp drum patterns unite deliciously with melodic tingles as well as smooth deep low end sounds to create a mesmerising production. They Came From The Sky closes off the EP in relative style. Retro drum patterns get the track moving as well as a very very deep baseline that sits underneath the activity of the main up beat pads and smooth synths. It is quite a quirky production this and very hard to describe, which is probably why it is quite good, as it is a unique touch to this EP. Quality yet again from Kosmas with three productions that very much have his sound stamped on each.
