- There’s a House mix and a Breaks mix of this track and it’s the house mix that grabbed my attention. The Breaks mix is pretty cool too, with the subtle use of vocals, bouncy bass line and use of FX and sense of fun you might expect from a label closely associated with Nils’ and Nathan’s Get Fucked Collaboration.
Flip it over for the House Mix and a twitching, irrepressive piece of machine funk pummels effortlessly through the speakers. Razor sharp high hats and very subtle use of Congo’s and FX bring the feel immediately up-to-date whilst a cheeky bass line mutates its way through the frequencies. This is the best thing I’ve heard on a Euka label for years.
